What you should know about your body and how what you don't know can hurt you!


These days with all the processed foods and preservatives being mixed in with them it's rare to get anything packaged that is actually good for your body. The fact that most processed foods are vitamin deficient is just one thing that makes them bad for your body, but it is a big thing.

When your body doesn't get it's nutrients from the food you eat it cannot do it's job in processing it, nor can it keep the rest of your body running efficiently. It used to be bad that you didn't get enough of the food pyramid in your diet, but today it's even worse because people are eating foods they think contain the vitamins but they don't.

Processed foods and preservatives also clog up your colon making it difficult for the body to expel the toxic waste in your body (Imagine a backed up toilet). When the body doesn't get enough vitamins aka building blocks, things like the liver have a very hard time doing their job. Think of it like a runner running a marathon without getting any water, even after 20 miles, he can still run but not as efficiently and obstacles he may have been able to avoid he cannot while dehydrated. If the liver cannot filter and convert the body's toxins, which come in from food, the polluted air, even the sun (free radicals), then those toxins remain in the body and thus the body can't eliminate them through the natural colon cleanse process.

If the colon is blocked up they remain in there, and the body can't do it's normal colon cleanse job. This causes a whole variety of problems from constipation, weight gain (not fat but backed up fecal matter!), and this brings us to the next problem of not drinking enough pure water throughout the day. Anything mixed into water is not water, it's cool-aid. If the body doesn't get enough water it cannot efficiently clean itself. This causes constipation which can lead up to a range of problems.

The immune system is affected by this as well because that stored fecal matter due to not enough water in the body dries up because the body's temperature minus enough water creates dehydration which is caused by evaporation of the little water in the feces. Fecal matter is mostly toxins so when it evaporates it turns into toxic gas. This gas seeps into the skin and eventually into the blood stream giving you a shot of toxins. You think smoking is bad? That's nothing compared to what this does to your body.

The solution to this problem is simple however. You need to drink at least 8 glasses of water (or 4 water bottles) a day, start eating natural foods instead of "quick" microwavable processed foods. Start taking vitamin supplements, however don't supplement good food with vitamins as the foods actually contain a complex format that helps the vitamins get into the body more effectively/efficiently.
